Alonniea Fantasia Ford, the woman who shot at the family, was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and later pleaded guilty to a lesser charge of deadly conduct. Before opening fire on drive-thru customers, Jack in the Box employee Alonniea Ford "began cursing at plaintiffs and yelling at them to 'get the f--- outta here!!'," according to a lawsuit.
