I literally live 4 houses away from him. Saw him on Monday. I don't know how to prove it. The street name is actually Meadow Lane. He also has an identical twin, I mean spot on identical. Used to always see them together, but not for awhile. And presto, he's home.

When you saw him on Monday was he with his twin? If you are sure that you saw him (and not his twin) I think you should call the sheriff's office and tell them. The Montgomery County Sheriff's Office is usually good about updating the missing reports on FB & X when the MP is found, but Jacob's case is apparently still open. The SO would want to know if he has been seen.
