Police Chief Ray Garner says she was clothed but was partially undressed meaning sexual assault is not ruled out yet in this homicide...

"No, we don't have a person of interest. We have interviewed a couple of people that had relations or connections with her", said chief Ray Garner.

Police say Jaramillo had markings on her neck signaling she may have died by strangulation.

Surveillance video taken from a business in the 4500 block of San Bernardo Avenue at about 12:30 a.m. Wednesday shows Escamilla, who had just left work at about midnight, walking with an unidentified suspect.

The suspect was described as tall and had a short, cropped haircut... The two are walking southbound on San Bernardo together.

Family and friends of the victim do not know who the man is, police say it is hard to tell by the video if the victim knew the man.

Tomorrow will mark one month since Janette was murdered.

No new information from what I could find.
