Homeless Man Charged with Burglarizing Trendy Promenade Cafe Three Times

August 31, 2021 -- County prosecutors filed burglary charges against a homeless man who allegedly broke into a trendy Promenade cafe three times in the course of one week.

Jason Tyrone Strickland, 42, was arrested last Thursday at 3:28 a.m. inside CULT Restaurant, 1460 Third Street Promenade, by police dispatched to a burglary in progress, police said.
