SUMMARY:

The Odessa Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing person. Jennifer Branstetter, 42 years of age, was last seen on 1-23-19 in Odessa. Branstetter is 5’7” tall and weighs approximately 140 pounds. Anyone with information in reference to the whereabouts of Branstetter is encouraged to contact the Odessa Police Department or Odessa Crime Stoppers at 432-333-TIPS.

Looks like she was a recent resident of the Midland County lockup. Midland's the county directly east of Odessa/Ector county.
