San Juan Police Searching for Missing Teen

SAN JUAN – Police are looking for a teen that’s been missing since December 2017.
Jose Garcia Casarez is a foster child that moved to the Rio Grande Valley from the Midland area, says San Juan Police Chief Juan Gonzalez.
Police have been working with Child Protective Services and the Missing and Exploited Children Organization trying to find him.

Joe Garcia Casarez, 17, was last seen on Dec. 29, 2017. Authorities say Joe was going to a friend's home in Pharr, but never arrived.
Casarez is described as a Hispanic male with black hair and brown eyes. He's about 5'5" tall and weighs 140 pounds.
Casarez is originally from the Midland/Odessa area, according to police.
