Circumstances of Disappearance:
Loucks was last seen in Odessa, Texas on January 6, 1996. She was on her way to meet her ex-boyfriend, a truck driver named Butch Edwards, in Laredo, Texas. Edwards says she never met him as planned. Both Loucks and the black four-door 1984 Lincoln Continental she was driving at the time have never been located.

A suitcase containing items belonging to Loucks was discovered in a remote area of Big Bend National Park in Texas shortly after her disappearance. Other personal items were found near the town of Lajitas in Presidio County, Texas, close to the Mexican border. There was no sign of Loucks at either location. Her case is unsolved and her whereabouts remain unknown.

Loucks was operating a 1984 black Lincoln Continental , 4-door, bearing unknown license tags and VIN 1LNBP96F4EY643556 .

Loucks was on her way to meet with her ex - boyfriend, a truck driver from Duenwig subside of Joplin.

Laredo, Texas was the meeting place that was left on a recorder intended for her boyfriend to hear. He says he never met up with her.

A suitcase containing items belonging to Loucks was found in a remote area of Big Bend National Park .

Some personal items were also found near the town of La Jitas in Presidio County close to the Texas / Mexican border.

Since she is missing along with her car, are there any bodies of water along the route she planned to take? Back in the 90s, would it have been hard to drive her car over the border into Mexico, and not have to go through crossings?

Surely the ex -boyfriend knows more about what he says ... there is no how to verify his story but unfortunately there is no way to blame him .... Maybe he wanted something more of her could have been money or sexual advances ... she resisted and hit her last until she left it unconscious ... the encounter if she turned out ... He does not want to speak even though she has already spent a long time ...
