Last contact with Jorge was on 10/22/24 (Note: wrong date. Should be 08/22/24) at approximately 2140 hours during a phone conversation. Jorge was going to sleep at his residence and would start a new job at 0700 hours the next day. Jorge's vehicle, a silver 2012 Nissan Sentra TXLP: SSS6443 is also missing. Jorge was reported to have two roommates who were stated to have left the residence at the same time he was last heard from.

The following linked articles and video are from August 2024. In them, his mother says that she last talked to him at 9:45pm on August 21, 2024. His mom lives in Mexico, but she said that they were usually in contact several times a day. His car is seen on camera leaving his house at 10:45pm on August 21, but it is not known who was driving the car. All of his personal items are at his home, as is his work truck. Neighbors say that his two roommates left with all of their stuff, but the articles don't say specifically when they left. His mother said the neighbors said they left "a few days ago," and the article/video are dated August 29. Their whereabouts must not be known, because in the video, his mom says that she wishes they would get in contact. His mother and other family members went from Mexico to San Antonio to look for him.

Local nonprofit, Search and Rescue San Antonio is conducting the search and is currently looking for volunteers.

Next weekend they will be helping the Perales family, searching an area detectives say could be critical in this case.

Volunteer S&R spokesman says that there is digital evidence that he had been in an area that has been identified by detectives. The detectives are desperate for help in searching that area, because they don't have the manpower.
