A good toxicology screen may take up to 3 months in some jurisdictions. But 6-8 weeks is average.

And his mother knew what he was!! And the justice system knew what he was!! But his so-called rights trump public safety. When do the taxpayers/regular people ever get first priority?! This guy is just doing what comes natural to him. I almost blame the justice system and his mom more than him.

The primary suspect in the un-solved homicide of a Hillsboro woman in 2013 was released from the Vernon State Hospital into the custody of the Hill County Sheriff’s Office Friday afternoon, February 13.

Forty-four-year-old Vincent Robinson of Hillsboro is being held in the Hill County Law Enforcement Center in Hillsboro on $1,020,000 bond for allegedly murdering Kasie Clary and tampering with evidence pertinent to the investigation.

With his release from the mental institution, authorities are optimistic that the suspect can stand trial.
