Laura Louise Culnan, 43, of Houston was last seen around 8:15 p.m. Friday at the Westpark Springs Behavioral Hospital in the 6900 block of Peek Road in the Richmond area. Culnan was filling out forms to be admitted to the hospital before she left the building.

She was last seen wearing blue paper scrubs and was not wearing shoes. Officials say she was not carrying any personal property such as a cell phone.
