Leon A. Felt, 54, was last seen near Perry Rd. / Mills Rd. in NW Harris County, TX on 8/18/17. Leon has short brown hair, and a scar on his left cheek. He also has a Chinese symbol on back, and another tattoo on his chest.

Staging area was the Cypress High School, located at 9815 Grant Rd. @ Perry Rd. in Houston, Texas 77070. ... weather conditions, and some very thick brush.

But I suppose with Equusearch, they probably suspect suicide (?) (or vigilante justice?), rather than he's running around and is a danger to society...
but then again...
he is apparently still unaccounted for.

I'm thinking suicide. This looks like it is a little older as his check - in time as a RSO seems to be listed. However here, you never know. It sounds like he was doing ok.

I didn't know he was an RSO when I started the thread. Maybe it should go under "wanted" instead of "missing".

Just a question and I want to make sure I understand correctly. If we find info such as this one (possible RSO) we should make you guys aware and is it labled differently and go in a different section just due to the legal status? I'm making sure why they are not just missing, unless LE labels it differently. I hope this makes sense. I have tried the TOS and want to make sure I have the correct interpretation. TIA

Hello. I am Leon's sister. He is still missing, no trace. We don't know if it is suicide or foul play. I have involved a private investigator. Just so you know, my brother is not a threat to society. Yes, he had a troubled past, but not since. We were in the process of legal proceedings to clear his name for wrongful charges in 2008 and I'm still working with the legal team to continue to do so. My family and I are devastated about him missing. Please, if you have any questions please let me know.
