Through Leroy's bank records, two transactions were found for the Greyhound Bus Line on 01/26/2022 in Denver, CO and Amarillo, TX. A vending machine purchase cleared on 01/27/2022 in Admore, OK. On 03/18/2022, Patient Matters, a company based out of Fort Worth, TX, contacted the Office of Social Security as Leroy had attempted to set up social security benefits through their company. Leroy had completed a consent form at the Fort Worth location but left before services were established.
On 11/02/2022, Leroy's bank provided confirmed there had not been any withdrawals made from his account since 01/27/2022. Due to the length of time since Stapleton had any contact with friends or family, the lack of any bank account activity, the lack of contact between Stapleton with any governmental agency, and the information received that Stapleton had left the state of Colorado, Leroy James Stapleton (DOB 12/18/1951) has been entered into NAMUS.
