TX- Liberty County - Father reported his wife tried to drown his children. Wife and 1 child still critical Sept 2025

This is one that might have more to the story. So far, the story is the father called 911 saying his wife was trying to drown the kids. There is a 15-year-old female in stable condition and a 6-year-old male in stable condition. The mother and a 11-year-old daughter are in critical condition and both were life flighted after the incident.

This happened Sept 29th around 6am in the morning and the dad Qunitana Domingo was arrested today Sept 30th for animal cruelty charges.

The children have not been enrolled in school “for a little bit,” according to Meyers.

LCSO has made one call to the house in the past, and Meyers said it was related to an assault, but was unsure if the family was involved. He said Child Protective Services has not previously been called to the home.

I heard on the news this morning & this article says that the dad found the mother downing the kids in the pond after drugging them with Nyquil. He called 911 as he was getting the the kids out but the 1st responders removed the wife from the pond when they got there.
