I am considering submitting Brandi Wells as a possible for this uid. 18-22 female fits the remains found, not much information available for the partial remains found. Brandi's car was found abandoned on the side of west bound interstate 20 and Lindale Tx, where the partial remains were found is west of where her car was found and on interstate 20.
