Seems very solvable if his family is looking for him. Keep in mind that Jim is often short for James.

Could he be Bryan Smith? Both look very similar, weight and eye color are the same, but Bryan a little bit shorter than the UP.

I found this on Bryan's disappearance from ABC news. Bryan Keith Smith

"Bradley County Sheriff Eric Watson announces an intensive search for a missing person. The man, previously identified as Bryan Keith Smith, has been missing for a number of days from the White Oak Valley Road area. Searchers will meet tomorrow morning at 9:30 at the Bradley County Mobile Command Post, which will be located at Mount Olive Church of God on Harrison Pike. The Sheriff says Mr. Smith TMs family discovered him missing about 10 days ago. The man has a mental health problem and either walked away from the family residence or was picked up. The search will cover a wide area of the White Oak Valley."

The NamUs page for this man has been removed. I think he's been identified as John Charles Thomas and is now listed in the Unclaimed DB as UCP99905.
