The victim's ribs had been broken at least 17 times in only six weeks and were in various stages of healing, a telltale indicator of prolonged abuse, local CBS and Telemundo affiliate KTAB reported.

Doctors also noted that there was blood in the child's feces and vomit and she was noticeably underweight.

The documents also state the infant was showing notable signs of improvement, including gaining weight and having no new injuries, three weeks after she was removed from Rosette’s care.

He is sheer evil what he did to this little baby. An adult wouldn't be able to handle all that horrendous pain that would have been caused, least of all on a little tiny innocent baby.

I feel sick to my stomach, and the look on his face is a couldn't care less attitude, so smug.
