Police searching for missing 78-year-old man last seen at El Paso downtown library
Police officers said they are searching for a missing 78-year-old man named Man Ki Kim.
Kim was last seen on Dec. 8 by the downtown library after he was dropped off there.
Police said Kim is known to carry a backpack and uses the Sun Metro buses.
