Man accused of stabbing College Station woman in neck with scissors and trying to kidnap her to Mexico
College Station police say 21-year-old Francisco Celis of Fort Worth is charged with aggravated kidnapping and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon after stabbing a woman in the neck with scissors and threatening to kill her if she failed to comply with demands.
