not this manchild's first criminal charges for violence/assault. He assaulted another family member. I want to know why this adult male was still living with his mother and being left in charge of his 7 year old brother when he has exhibited violence towards relatives in the past. Willing to bet it was his mother he assaulted previously. Brandon was due to appear in court for THAT assault on January 17th.

According to an affidavit obtained by Channel 5 News, Garza was arrested following an incident that occurred on Dec. 12, 2023. A relative of Garza’s told investigators with the Hidalgo County Sheriff’s Office that Garza pulled on her arm “trying to forcefully get her back inside the house,” causing several bruises on her arm.

Officers who arrived at the scene said Garza was standing by the doorway with a blood-stained shirt and dried blood on his forehead, the complaint stated.

he admits to choking/strangling his brother. My question is, where did the blood come from? Was little guy injured further aside from the strangulations?
