Margarita Ramirez went missing from San Antonio on the same day that Ira Attebury committed the mass shooting at the city's biggest event of the year, the Battle of Flowers Parade, that wounded 55 and killed 2 women. Does anyone know if there's any relationship between her disappearance and this event? If not, I can easily see why her disappearance got such scant attention since all of the local news coverage around that time would have been about the parade shooting.

I'd love for more information to be divulged about this woman's disappearance regardless, such as where she disappeared and what events transpired beforehand. I have a close affinity to San Antonio considering I was mainly raised there, and I am honestly shocked (but not surprised) I didn't know about this woman's case until now. I live far from Texas now but would love more information about this case.
