PORT LAVACA, Texas – Family members last saw Mark Beauchamp on Thursday morning at his brother’s mobile home in Port Lavaca. Beauchamp’s sister said he has memory issues and a number of other medical issues. She said he would not just leave without telling someone.
Beauchamp is from Baytown but was living in Port Lavaca with his brother for the past two months.
