The Dallas Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating Mr. Michael Farris.

Mr. Farris is described as a balding grey-haired, brown-eyed, 74-year-old black man who stands at about 5’10” tall and weighs about 160 lbs.

He was last seen on September 9, 2024, at about 2:20 p.m., walking in the 2900 block of W, Wheatland Road. He was wearing a gold shirt, black joggers, and a black cap with a red brim.

Dallas Police Department says they need help searching for missing 74-year-old man Michael Farris.

In a release, DPD says Farris is diagnosed with a cognitive impairment, so his disappearance puts his health and safety at risk.
