Good find. Here are pics of Magdalena alongside the composite. I'd guess it means they couldn't determine whether it was brown or black so they simply described it as "dark". Maybe a blend of both colors?

Imo there's a good resemblance here. Jasmine is missing since 2018 so if she met with foul play immediately after her disappearance it seems these are likely not her remains. The PMI is only 3 months. That doesn't mean she hadn't carried on with life for a while then ran into foul play a few months before JD was discovered. I wonder why they think Jasmine went to Mexico? Also, have they found and interviewed the "adult male" she supposedly left with? Is he in Mexico or U.S.?

The good news is that she has since been located according to this article dated Oct. 9, 2019, one month after she disappeared. It seems if Betsabe had disappeared again they would change her DLC date. I've not found any reports besides the ones showing her 9 Sep missing date and Oct recovery. Here's her WS thread:

Thanks for searching out all these potential matches! For the most part any of them fit the basic description we've been given for Jane Doe. Betsabe has been located safe and Nadia's profile returns a permission error. I suppose that means she's been located, hopefully safe! Besides Santos Esli Soch Garcia who may have traveled to Texas, all of the rest are missing from so far away that it'd basically be a shot in the dark. I wish we had more to go on. Santos Esli's LKA date falls right into the timeline estimated for JD. I think she's a good potential match. BTW, does anyone else think as I do that her name is Esli Soch Garcia-Santos (or Santos-Garcia)? Is Santos a common given name for a female?

The Martin County Sheriff’s Office is attempting to locate 17 year old missing juvenile, Santos Esly Soch Garcia. Who was last seen by a family member on 09/10/19 around 0700 hours at the bus stop located at SE Ebbtide Avenue and SE Salerno Road in Stuart, FL. Miss Garcia is 5’05” tall, Hispanic female, with black hair, brown eyes, and weighing 100 pounds. Miss Garcia’s family member advised she was last seen wearing a red and black button up long sleeve shirt, a yellow undershirt, blue long pants, and black Nike sneakers. Miss Garcia is possibly headed to Guatemala, or Texas, possibly with a Hispanic male. Miss Garcia's mode of transportation is unknown at this time. Female Skull Found in Missouri City, TX

The Missouri City Police Department is asking for help in identifying the female victim.

Several broken pieces of a skull were discovered on January 29th, 2020 adjacent to a jogging trail near the 2400 block of Texas Parkway. The victim is described as being 12 to 18 years of age, Hispanic or Native American origin with dark hair.

Murder mystery: Missouri City police need help identifying teen found near jogging trail

Several broken pieces of her skull were discovered near the 2400 block of Texas Parkway on January 29.

Now, Missouri City detectives are asking for help identifying the murder victim.

They’ve released a forensic sketch created with help from Sam Houston State University anthropologists and HPD artist Lois Gibson.

Maybe Jane Doe is Maria Isabel Elizalde – The Charley Project
She went missing from Dallas Texas, endangered runaway, would have been 20 in 2020, she is biracial (Native American and Hispanic) Unfortunately there is no picture that shows her teeth. I see a resemblance especially in the chin and cheeks.
