A Houston mother was in the Harris County Jail Thursday after her 18-month-old daughter drank an alcoholic beverage and was found to have a blood alcohol content of 0.09, an amount over the legal limit even for adults to drive.
Her toddler got drunk on Four Loko, I heard that stuff was banned from because of the damage it was doing to ADULTS! Can you imagine what it could have done to this little girl?

When the roommate went to check on the kids and entered their room, she told police she found Allens 4-month-old baby hanging off the bed with the sheets tangled around her waist, turning blue.
Oh my, the roommate got there just in time. Of course the roommate called the police. The mother says she didn't seek help because she was afraid they would take her kids.
