Armstrong pled not guilty to the murder charge on July 20, 2022. The trial was originally set to begin in October, but was pushed to June 26, 2023. And in a recent hearing in April, Armstrong’s attorney requested another delay. According to the Austin American-Statesman, defense attorney Rick Cofer told District Judge Brandy Mueller that he and his team requested the trial be delayed again so that they could secure witnesses and other evidence for Armstrong's defense.

The new court date has been scheduled for October 30, 2023. Armstrong is currently being held at the Travis County Jail in Austin, Texas with a bond set at $3.5 million. A complete timeline of events can be found here.

The trial for Kaitlin Armstrong, accused of killing pro cyclist Moriah Wilson in Austin last year, has been reset to Oct. 30, according to court records.

The trial initially was set to begin on June 26. Defense attorney Rick Cofer told District Judge Brandy Mueller during a hearing on April 20 that he and his team might need to request that the trial be delayed until later this year so they can secure witnesses and other evidence for Armstrong's defense.

Armstrong has been requesting a speedy trial. She is charged with murder in the death of Wilson, 25, who had once dated Armstrong's boyfriend.

Her mouth has gone crooked, too. I wonder if surgery damaged the nerves? The cheek fillers also are now different sizes. And wow, she looks different.

Has she managed a fake tan? I thought she had really white skin, and then got a tan in CR. Anyone recall?

I'd say it's mostly her dark hair (and jail nutrition) that accounts for the change in her skin tone.
