So, Tilford pleaded guilty. He was arrested in Corpus Christi in January. There's a comment in an article about a music teacher in Vermont whose arrest for child porn is linked to an arrest in the San Antonio, TX area in Jan. 5, 2011. Could it be Tilford? Corpus Christi is 140 miles from San Antonio.

What a disgrace this Tilford is.

Commander, pleaded guilty to receiving child pornography before United States District Court Judge Janis Graham Jack. He now faces a mandatory minimum term of five years imprisonment up to a maximum statutory punishment of 20 years imprisonment and up to a lifetime term of supervised release...."

CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas – Mark Tilford, 44, has been sentenced to 125 months in federal prison for his convictions of receiving and distributing child pornography, United States Attorney José Angel Moreno announced today. Tilford, who at the time of his indictment and arrest was an active duty Navy JAG Lt. Commander, pleaded guilty on March 17, 2011.
