Found Deceased TX - Nora Conde Villalobos, 49, Raymondville, 19 April 2017 *Arrest*

A 49-year-old former U.S. Marine, Nora Conde Villalobos, was reportedly last seen at her Raymondville home Wednesday morning.
Police said Villalobos suffers from hypertension and Crohn’s disease and is need of medication.

She was last seen wearing a pink or red top with silver pants and black heels.

"Her boyfriend who police said was the last person to see her is considered a person of interest. Police Chief Uvaldo Zamora said he is cooperating with authorities."

The Sheriff is going to formally ask the border patrol to assist with searching for her. Oh, boy. Not sounding good at all!

Juan Manuel Tobias Jr. was arraigned this afternoon in the case of Nora Villalobos Conde, 49, of Raymondville, last seen near her home April 19.

Municipal Court Judge Felicita Gutierrez set bail at $1 million after District Attorney Annette Hinojosa warned Tobias’ ties to family in Mexico made him a flight risk.


Still no confirmation on ID.

The Judge is confirming that it was her remains found

While Gutierrez confirmed the remains are those of Conde, the DA said she was not prepared to make the same decision because she had not received a pathology report.
