Elizabeth Garcia Malerva Blanca, NamUs#MP28453

Elizabeth went missing from Brownsville, Texas on September 15th, 2009. She has long light/golden brown hair.

Brownsville is about 50 minutes from Progresso, where UID was located:

I wouldn't overthink this case. It's true that
Progresso is situated on a major east/west
road, highway 281 and the deceased could
have been deposited from a vehicle along that.
IMO however, the odds must be at least the
same or better that the deceased was an illegal
immigrant just from over the border - Mexico
is a bit more than a mile south of Progresso and
the items found with the deceased seem to
me to be about what someone might travel
light and bring with them from Mexico. The
folic acid is a bit interesting, apparently taken
if a person is in the early stages of pregnancy
or is expecting to be pregnant. 'Alargador' I
assume refers to the thing or practice of
piecing the earlobe and (progressively) inserting
a large(r) circular like decorative item. No cause
of death is asserted in the NamUS details.
Possibly she was with a group, was murdered or
just died from an unknown reason, and other
group members possibly removed from her any
cash or any possibly useful documents she had.

Whatever the circumstances may be I don't really understand what you mean by overthink.. stating that chances are this person was an illegal immigrant.. is this site only dedicated to cases in the United States? Sounds like they have a lot of identifiable items someone might remember them.
