<<Brown says Isaguirre was in his early 70's when he was last seen walking away from Nesbit Nursing home along Ashby street in Seguin back on January 5th, 1992.

"There was a report that he got a ride by a motorist to Gonzales, and that she dropped him off in town, but not in a particular location. She was pretty adamant that was him, but he went by the name of Chester, " added Brown.


Brown went on to say say Isaguirre's wallet was left at the nursing home at the time of his disappearance so he didn't have any money.>>
