Missing man hasn't been seen since leaving Rowlett home nearly 3 weeks ago
Rowlett police are asking for the public's help in locating a man who has been missing for nearly three weeks.
Rickey Don Moreland, 24, was last seen leaving a relative's home in Rowlett on foot on April 19. He was planning to take DART light-rail to Dallas, but didn't arrive at his destination.
Police described Moreland as a black man who is 6 feet tall and about 180 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black hoodie and red basketball shorts, and he was carrying a tan backpack.
Anyone with information about Moreland's whereabouts is asked to contact Rowlett police at 972-412-6200 or [email protected].
