When I saw Robert’s picture I thought of this Kentucky Doe: KY - KY - Owensboro, Pleasant Valley Rd, WhtMale 25-40, UP87, curly hair, eyeglasses, Jan'90

I have no idea how or why he’d end up there 4 years later though. Robert doesn’t look like he has curly hair either so it’s a very long shot. I just talked myself out of it, but I’ve come this far
