Roquisha Rochelle Norman, 22, was nine months pregnant when she was found dead in her Primrose St. home in Beaumont's North End, 27 years ago today, on November 18, 1997, according to a Facebook post by Beaumont Police. She had been strangled and shot in what police describe as a senseless act of violence.''
