Benitez has the following tattoos: the name "Angie" or "Angel" on his left bicep, his last name "Benitez" across his abdomen, and the name "Virginia" or "Kina" on the left side of his chest over his heart. His nickname is Woodeye. Benitez bites his nails and they are very short as a result.

Details of Disappearance​

Benitez was last seen in Weslaco, Texas on November 5, 2008. He has never been heard from again. He may be traveling in a green Dodge Ram pickup truck. Few details are available in his case.

They believe he was kidnapped in 2008, and his significant other worries that that puts her in danger and asked to remain anonymous.>>

<<“Without a body, we couldn’t pronounce him dead,” she said. “We had to wait the seven years, and finally we did that, and we still don’t have a death certificate. His dad died going to court, still sick, in his last final days trying to get all those documents.”

Benitez’s family asks the community to come forward with any information that may lead to the answers they’ve been looking for.>>
