self defense will be a hard sell with him having killed two victims, when he had to have gained control of the gun to kill the first victim, thus was in no danger when he killed the second,

I also feel like it won't be easy to convince a jury that a grown man needed to use lethal force to protect himself against a heavily pregnant teenage girl

The Soto family have suffered so much grief with the loss of both their children to drug related murders, plus they must have been so concerned for Savanah and her baby before the murders considering her partner had violently assaulted her and was a drug dealer,

I am glad the prosecution in openings said that they may not like Guerra or the lifestyle they led, that doesn't make either of them lesser victims, they were both murdered so the defendant could steal the money, not for the lifestyle they led or the content of their characters

Christopher Preciado has pleaded not guilty to three counts of capital murder in the deaths of Matthew Guerra, Savanah Soto and their unborn child. That child was going to be named David, prosecutors revealed during opening statements in Preciado’s murder trial on Tuesday.

Not to nitpick but the baby was going to be named Fabian.
