(HOUSTON, Texas, August 29, 2023) – The Houston Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating 13-year-old Sheila de la Caridad Montenegro Jerez. She was last seen on Monday, August 29, 2023, in the 3000 block of Elmside Dr., Houston, Texas. Her clothing description at the time of her disappearance is unknown.
