Finding Techno Tony

FINDING - TECHNO TONY LUKACSY·MONDAY, 25 JUNE 2018

Tony is missed by so many and we his family will never give up looking for him and finding information. Tony is officailly listed in the National Missing Persons Database. His parents have also submitted DNA, in hopes that if he is found they will be notified.

Tony’s parents last saw him on a picnic in the Botanical Gardens in Grapevine, Texas on July 31, 2016. Later that year in October he breifly visited a friend in Lakewood, Texas and has never been seen since. During this time, Tony was living on the streets. His family and close friends were trying to convince him to get medical help for mental health issues. In Texas adults cannot be forced in any way to receive medical or mental health help.

We belive he had a tent and a blue bicycle. He spent a lot of time in Grapevine at the Taco Bell located at 1134 William D Tate Ave. He also visited the Grapevine Public Library off Main Street. We beleive he would pitch his tent in the woods near Bone Daddy’s located on William D Tate on the other side of Hwy 114. His routine was to go into Dallas on the weekends via the Airport Dart Transit route.

If you have any information on Tony or have seen him since October 2016 please post it here on this page, send us a privtae message or call and leave a voicemail at 817-500-4477. May God bless you and be watching over Tony Lukacsy.

Family searched for missing man for years before his skeletal remains were found at DFW Airport

Angelika Lukacsy said her brother was homeless and lived in a tent on DFW Airport property toward the end of his life. He struggled with a methamphetamine addiction, which his sister said he used as an attempt to self-medicate and quiet the voices he heard in his head.

Their family had tried to get Lukacsy help for his addiction and mental-health issues, but he refused, his sister said.

Snip

The day Lukacsy's remains were found in a wooded area off Mustang Drive, one of his childhood friends happened to be driving by the scene, his sister said.

The friend stopped to tell police he knew Lukacsy had been missing and that it was rumored that the man had been camping there for a while.

That helped detectives identify the remains much more quickly, Angelika Lukacsy said.
