'Violent Sexual Predator' Missing from Fort Worth Home: Officials

A man described by police as a violent sexual predator left a Fort Worth halfway house Wednesday morning and remains on the run, authorities said.

Charles Sprague, 44, was last seen about 5 a.m. in the 600 block of North Henderson. Sprague cut off the 24-hour electronic tracking device he is required by law to wear at all times, according to the Texas Department of Public Safety.

Sprague has an extensive criminal history, including aggravated kidnapping.

"He is described as a Native American man, approximately six-feet, six-inches tall and 240 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He was last wearing a black leather jacket, dark jeans, white sneakers and carrying a clear backpack."

Huge and violent I hope he's captured soon and no one is harmed.
