Wayne Moore, 49, has been missing since March 3, 1992. He was last seen at his residence in Pasadena, Texas. Wayne, also known by his nickname “Buddy,” is a white male with green eyes and brown hair, though he is partially bald. He stands 5′9″ tall and weighs approximately 180 lbs. He has a square scar on the left side of his chest and wears a pacemaker.

Wayne was last seen wearing a gold chain with a Leo medallion. He was known to carry a handgun and a switchblade knife.

Wayne’s disappearance is marked by troubling circumstances. He was last seen leaving his home in a silver 1984 Datsun pickup bearing Texas plates 9069EV. Four days later, on March 7, 1992, his vehicle was found abandoned and burned at 100 Buffalo Speedway in Harris County. The residence was found open, and an unknown type of handgun was missing.

The burned vehicle was towed to 3555 Old Spanish Trail but no report was filed by the constable’s office.
