Search is presently underway in the 6800 block of Outlaw Bend in the Big Thicket Retreat sub-division where the family reported him as missing since June 9th. of this year.
This search is a pipeline area where Polk County, Hardin County and Liberty County all merge together on their respective boundaries thus making exact jurisdiction difficult at this time. However, this search has started in Hardin County where Mr. Moore was last seen.

The three above County Sheriff Department’s working together with Texas EquuSearch and the Liberty County Sheriff Department’s Mounted Posse in searching the length of this pipeline near the 6800 blk. of Outlaw Bend which will cross all three counties at one point or the other. The search began at approximately 10:45am this date and is in progress at this time.

Anyone having any information regarding Mr. Moore is ask to call the Liberty County Sheriff Department at (936) 336-4500 and speak to Sgt. Investigator Kenny Dagle or call the Hardin County Sheriff’s Dept. at (409) 246-3441 or the Polk County Sheriff’s Dept. at (936) 327-6810.

Westley was despondent over his 3 mo old child who died three years ago. Westley went missing on that child's birthday.

Wesley Allen Moore is described as a white male, age approx. 32 years old, 5’-6”, 230 lbs. with blue eyes and red hair. Identifiable marks: Tatoo’s of bull dog on stomach, “Momma tried” inside right leg and “Jessiea” on left arm.

Strange. I googled the first sentence that the general public is allowed to see. And clicked back from the search results to the same link and can now view it all.

And in early summer, yet another man affiliated with the gang went missing from its turf in the Liberty County area. He is presumed dead, but his body has not turned up.

Until he disappeared in June, Westley Moore, 32, had been staying at a house on a road named Outlaw Bend on the edge of Liberty County.

Liberty County Sheriff's Office Capt. Ken DeFoor said Moore is considered dead, but finding his body as well as figuring out what happened remain mysteries.
"It is difficult to work a case like that when very few people give you information," DeFoor said.
Moore's interaction with the gang, including whether or not he was a member, is just one of multiple angles being pursued, DeFoor said.

Moore has multiple tattoos, including a bulldog on his abdomen, a joker on the right side of his chest, the words "Momma tried" on the inside of his right leg, and the name "Jessica" on his left arm. Details of Disappearance​

Moore was last seen walking away from a house in the Big Thicket Retreat, a subdivision in the 6800 block of Outlaw Bend in Rye, Texas, on June 8, 2013. He walked down the Kinder-Morgan pipeline and never returned.

It was on his son's birthday; the child had died of Sudden Infant Death Syndrome in 2010 at the age of two and a half months, and Moore was distraught about it. He has never been heard from again.

Prior to his disappearance, Moore maintained daily contact with family members; it's uncharacteristic of him to leave without warning. Authorities believe he met with foul play and is deceased, but his body has never been recovered.

A theory is that his case is in some way connected to the Aryan Brotherhood, a widespread and violent white supremacist gang. Moore was closely affiliated with it, although it's not known whether he was an actual member. His case remains unsolved.
