*Pre Jury Hearing (@ 9:15am CT) - TX - *3 month old girl on March 10, 2024 wasn't breathing taken to hospital for her injuries & died 5 days later, Austin. *Brittany Alisha Bailey (31/now 32) arrested (May, 2024) & charged (10/28/24) & indicted (7/14/25) & arraigned (12/3/25) with capital murder [child under 6 yrs] & indicted (6/11/24) injury to a child [twin]. Plead not guilty (12/3/25). Bond $600K. Travis County/403rd District Court
