15-year-old Yessica Medina was last seen leaving her home on Drowsy Pine in Conroe, TX, sometime between midnight and 5:00 a.m. on October 16, 2025. The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help to locate her.

If you’ve seen Yessica or have any information that could help locate her, please contact the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office at 936-538-5900 right away.

Yessica’s case is listed under NCIC#: M048631133 and NCMEC#: 2065036.
