Kaleem took classes at Lone Star College-CyFair in hopes of transferring to the University of Houston. He loves the outdoors, going to the gym, and hanging with friends.

Employees at Groomingdales Spaw on FM 529 were some of the last to see him.

"He dropped off his dog in the morning, like he always does," Chantale Grossman explained. "We did a bath and de-shed, and then we tried to call him and he called back at 5:21, according to our caller ID, and then we never heard from him again."

Everyone who tried to reach Kaleem got the same thing: no ring, no dial tone, no nothing. Literally no way to connect to his cell phone.

The Harris County Sheriff's Office confirmed it's actively investigating. According to his brother, Kaleem was last seen wearing a dark t-shirt, grey basketball shorts and Gucci lion slides.

Also missing is his 2011 white Honda Accord with the Texas license plate HLB0637.

Anyone with information concerning Kaleem's whereabouts is asked to contact the Harris County Sheriff's Office Missing Persons Unit at 713-755-7427 or Crime Stoppers at 713-222-8477.

I don't see any recent posts from anywhere, especially his family. I wonder if LE knows more than their saying at this point.

All this time and no sign of the car. I wonder if they've found the VIN number and are able to trace the vehicle that way - perhaps it was sold, traded, broken down for parts, wrecked, etc.

21-year-old's body found buried 1 year after going missing

DECEASED
Exactly one year to the day that a 21-year-old college student from Katy was reported missing, authorities on Tuesday located the young man's body buried on property located not too far from the Texas Renaissance Festival fairgrounds.

Deputies in Grimes County were led to the body of Zuhyr Kaleem along Loblolly Lane near Todd Mission, which is about an hour northwest of Houston. The scene is also about 4.5 miles from the popular Renaissance Fest fairgrounds.

21-year-old's body found buried 1 year after going missing

It wasn't until this past weekend that the first arrests were made in the case. Two men - Jose Varela and Austin Walker, both 21 - were charged with capital murder. HCSO said both admitted to their involvement in Kaleem's killing.
On the same day of finding the body, detectives arrested another man, 22-year-old Eric Aguilar, who was also charged with capital murder.

And at the scene Tuesday, 23-year-old Gannon Gotlieb, who lives on the property where the body was found, was arrested after the sheriff's office said he admitted to burying Kaleem.

Gotlieb was charged with tampering with evidence/human body.

Led to the body... 4 perps.... someone talked. Where is the car?
