The father of two children murdered by their schizophrenic mother in January blames social services for having "frogmarched my children to their deaths". The two children a boy, 10 was beaten to death and a girl, 3 was suffocated during the third unsupervised visit by the mother. Hackney council refuse to comment until the outcome of an inquiry is published.
