''She had been strangled with a pair of tights then wrapped up in the toilet roll bag before being placed inside a Motaworld bag.

The tot was then thrown into the water in Singleton Lake where she was discovered by a teen couple on a walk.

Police estimated Baby April was born between March 25 and April 3, 1995 - the week before she was found dead.

They said the 7lb baby was not born with medical intervention as the umbilical cord was roughly severed.''
