Adorable border collie is left baffled after trying to play fetch with a statue on a beach

This is the moment a dog is left completely baffled when trying to get a statue to play ball with him.

Eight-year-old border collie Hurley was playing fetch while out for a walk with his owner Adam Shore on Crosby Beach in Liverpool.

He then ran into a cast-iron statue and was left adorably confused when it wouldn't pick up the ball and play with him.
