Circumstances of Disappearance:
Davies, 69, of the Trefynant Park area of Acrefair, was last seen in Wrexham on April 3, 2013. North Wales Police was alerted when he failed to turn up for an appointment with a neighbour, which was described by police as "out of character". Officers conducted searches and house-to-house enquiries, but Davies has never been located. Davies, a horse breeder, had recently received a ban from keeping horses by Wrexham magistrates, and subsequently was the subject in a documentary, "The Horse Hoarder", shortly before his disappearance.

David Clwyd Davies from Wrexham was last seen on April 6 2013 – a week after he was banned from keeping horses for five years after admitting causing unnecessary suffering.

Mr Davies, 69, was the subject of a Channel Four documentary for keeping horses and was reported missing after failing to turn up for an appointment and has not been seen since.
