Police say they are becoming “increasingly concerned” for a missing woman who is thought to be in Winchester.

Hayley Seymour was last seen at Parklands Hospital in Basingstoke on Saturday, January 29 when she failed to return from a couple of hours unescorted leave.

The 53-year-old is described as white, 5ft 8ins, of medium build and with bronze and gold coloured hair.

She was last seen wearing a black patterned skirt, a cream cardigan, a cream top and blue boots and may be pushing a trolley.

Although she went missing from Basingstoke, officers believe she has travelled to the Winchester area and are now appealing for anyone with any information to come forward.

PC Christian Geldard said: “We are becoming increasingly concerned for Hayley’s safety. We do not believe she has any medication with her, and it is important we find her so we can make sure she is safe and well.

“Unfortunately, this is the best photo we have of Hayley. Although it is hard to see her face, the photo shows the clothes she was last seen in.

“We have been following a number of lines of enquiry to find Hayley since she was reported missing. However, we are now turning to the community for help. If you have any information about where she may be, please call us immediately on 101 quoting 44220039747.”

We are continuing to appeal for information to help find missing 53-year-old Hayley Seymour, and have two further photos to release.

These photos are a number of years old, but are the clearest images we currently have of Hayley.

We have previously released a CCTV image of Hayley which, whilst not great quality, shows the clothes she was wearing the day she disappeared.

Thank you for helping our appeals.

Hayley was last seen leaving Parklands Hospital in Basingstoke on Saturday 29 January.

Two of the photos we have released are a number of years old, but are the clearest images we currently have. The third image is more recent and although it doesn’t clearly show her face, it shows what she was wearing when she went missing.
