The deceased was located in a hedge. The body was significantly decomposed and when searched, aside from a key ring, cigarette butts and trolley coin, there was nothing to identify the person. He had several layers of clothing on.

It sounds like he might have been homeless, but it seems he may have had access to a hair trimmer or a barber recently, which is quite something during lockdown. Unless they don't mean short-short, just on the short side, but I would hazard a guess that he wasn't long-term on the streets, or he had access to services.

If he was significantly decomposed could he have been there from before lockdown?
