Isabelle Rose Welsh: Family's tribute to Thornaby two-year-old after alleged murder
Isabelle Rose Welsh died in hospital following an incident earlier this month, police say.

I am heartbroken and absolutely disgusted by what has allegedly happened to little Isabelle. I will never ever understand how anyone can be capable of harming a child. I'm sorry I couldn't bear to type the r word in the title. It is too distressing. Isabelle should have been safe and protected from harm in her own home. If they are convicted, they should be in jail for life. There is no possibility of rehabilitating someone capable of a crime like this. Individuals capable of abhorrent crimes against innocent, defenseless children are a danger to society and should never be around children ever again.
May Isabelle Rose Welsh Rest In Peace.
