I mentioned about the year gap in PR s offending. Having a newborn would make sense for him to take a break from his offences probably too knackered with the sleepless nights. As you live on the street in Hull where there was a flashing did you hear of the description of the flasher? Just wondering if the description sounded like PR?

I saw the sketch made by the resident/victim on our community group page the next day - it was him. As for the incidents during the summer, I couldn't remember a description, so I went looking for the original posts about it on the same group on the day PR was arrested. I left the browser tab open and went to bed without reading them - the next morning they'd been deleted.

How creepy that PR has flashed on your very Street. It sounds like he was a very prolific offender. I wonder why he wasn't arrested at the time of the offences as police had reports and descriptions of him. It was only when LS disappeared that he was arrested but he had already committed alot of offences by then with nothing done about them

The picture drawn by the womens friend looks exactly like PR I saw that immediately. It's such a creepy incident. That would really shake me up him spying through the window even more than the flashing which is bad enough. Can't believe it took so long to get him arrested for all the offences

I was just wondering whether he might tell his wife that he works as a taxi driver to justify where he goes at night if he does actually perv at students. He could use it as an excuse and maybe offer lifts to students as a type of unofficial taxi cash in hand. Nothing stated about it I just thought maybe it's what he told his wife to get out at nighy then thought he might offer lifts eg to LS if he could maybe make a bit of money and perv at the same time especially if he uses spidercam street to park up and watch

I also think he may have been doing unliscenced taxi work ..there have been a few mentions of it in the press ..from "family sources" ..though of course nothing confirmed..but what has ?
The spot near spidercam would be a prime spot to pick people up for a cheap taxi whilst waiting for a bus etc

Where would you find people willing to jump into a cheap taxi ? At a bus stop on a freezing cold night

No, but this suggestion comes up repeatedly, and it seems to have originated with the reporter who interviewed PR's mother.

Don't you think that if he told his wife that he was moonlighting as a taxi driver, she would expect some extra money to be coming in?
